GENERAL RULES
Food and drinks from outside the school are strictly forbidden.
Any delay at the exit will be penalized with a supplement of min.25€.
Respect the neighborhood/residential area: limit outside noise.
A tolerance of 2-3 pers. A tolerance of 2-3 persons max. will be accepted on the day.

Payment method
For each reservation, we always ask for a deposit of the total amount to be paid into account number BE46 0018 8885 5536 (BIC: GEBABEBB), indicating the date and time of your reservation. If you wish, you may also deposit the total amount.

Cancellation:
Please inform us in a timely manner if you wish to cancel your reservation. In case of any cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded but will be valid for a subsequent reservation. In case of late cancellation, a fee of 50 % will be retained, the excess will remain valid for a subsequent reservation.Gift voucher: :
If you make a reservation with a gift certificate, no advance payment is required.
