Payment method
For each reservation, we always ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount to be paid into account number 068-2455012-66 (IBAN: BE 07-0682455012-66, BIC: GKCCBEBB), indicating the date and time of your reservation. If you wish, you may also deposit the total amount. On site, you must provide cash for payment as we do not have a bancontact terminal. .

Cancellation:
Please inform us in a timely manner if you wish to cancel your reservation. In case of any cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded but will be valid for a subsequent reservation. In case of late cancellation, a fee of 50 euros will be retained, the excess will remain valid for a subsequent reservation.Gift voucher: :
If you make a reservation with a gift certificate, no advance payment is required. GENERAL RULES
Food and drinks from outside the school are strictly forbidden.
Any delay at the exit will be penalized with a supplement of min.25€.
Respect the neighborhood/residential area: limit outside noise.
A tolerance of 2-3 pers. A tolerance of 2-3 persons max. will be accepted on the day.
